Terms and Conditions – PK 777 Online Betting Platform Pakistan

Welcome to PK 777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and PK 777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the PK 777 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue to use PK 777. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, poker, and the Aviator game.

Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

PK 777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registration is free. There is no fee for creating an account at PK 777.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your PK 777 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login details with any other person, and logging out of shared devices after each session.

PK 777 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2FA) for your account. This adds an extra layer of protection and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. You can enable 2FA from your account security settings.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact PK 777 support immediately. The platform will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account. However, PK 777 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of you sharing your login credentials, failing to maintain password security, or using a compromised device.

• Do not use the same password for PK 777 that you use on other platforms.
• Do not access your account from a public or shared device without logging out immediately after.
• Do not respond to unsolicited communications claiming to be from PK 777 that ask for your password — we will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

All transactions at PK 777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may require additional verification under KYC procedures.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during operational hours for standard accounts. VIP Club members at Platinum tier receive same-day processing. Withdrawal requests may take longer if additional identity verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

PK 777 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from newly registered accounts. In all cases, withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

PK 777 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each promotion's specific terms.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

The PK 777 VIP Club operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. VIP tier membership is assessed monthly based on the previous month's points total. By placing a bet or participating in any casino game at PK 777, you accept the specific rules that apply to that product. General betting and gaming rules that apply across the platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PK 777 does not cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted except in the circumstances described below.
• Bets placed on an event where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed using clearly erroneous odds — such as odds that are the result of a technical error — may be voided at PK 777's discretion, with the stake returned to the player.
• In the event of an event cancellation or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, which are available in the betting rules section of the platform.
• Minimum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed on the betting interface before placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per player. These vary by market and by VIP tier. Gold and Platinum VIP members are eligible for enhanced limits.

For live casino games, the decisions of the dealer and the platform's certified random number generator (where applicable) are final. PK 777 uses certified gaming software from reputable providers, and all game outcomes are determined fairly and independently.

PK 777 is committed to providing a fair experience for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, investigation, and possible permanent closure:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Match Fixing Exploitation: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or bets connected to any form of match manipulation.

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting glitches, or engaging in stake manipulation to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between PK 777 and other platforms in a manner that constitutes commercial exploitation rather than recreational betting.
• Money Laundering: Using PK 777 to process funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious account activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, PK 777 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals, void outstanding bets, close the account, and retain any balance pending investigation. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged may appeal through the formal dispute resolution process.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or links to criminal activity.
• Player request via the self-exclusion or account closure tool.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any remaining balance after settlement of open bets will be returned to the player via their last used payment method. This process may take up to 5 working days.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, PK 777 reserves the right to retain the balance. If investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support directly or use the self-exclusion tool in the account dashboard. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours.

PK 777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Errors or delays in data feed information used for live betting markets.
• Events outside PK 777's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or major telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from the player's own decisions, including decisions to continue playing after a loss.

In all cases, PK 777's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the issue arose. The platform will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

These Terms do not limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by PK 777.

PK 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email and will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

If a change to the Terms is significant — for example, a change to payment processing conditions or bonus rules — PK 777 will provide a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. For minor amendments (such as clarifications of existing rules), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the PK 777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the change takes effect.
